I have been seeing Dr. Kay since 2022. What impressed me most was that at our very first appointment, he had already thoroughly reviewed and clearly understood my entire course of treatment during my hospitalization before I was referred to him. I am very grateful to Dr. Kay for his attentive and thoughtful care throughtout the years. My health has improved significantly, and I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Kay And his entire staff are absolutely wonderful! From the receptionist to the nurse, not once do you feel like you’re “just a number“. Then, of course you meet Dr. Kay… He is such a caring physician.He’s not only kind, but He explained everything to me, he answered every single question I had (Without feeling rushed) and I genuinely feel like he truly cares about me as a patient. (Oh yeah, and thank you for the great news today Dr. Kay!)
This particular rheumatologist honestly cares about your health. He shares information with you, explains the disease what each medication does write it out on a piece of paper for you and gives you the option to research what he's telling you. Southwest Medical has done an excellent job choosing,
Dr. Kay was fabulous! So kind. Very thorough. He explained things very simply. Asked lots of questions. No quick in and out like with other doctors. I very much appreciated that. Would highly recommend!
