I’ve been taking my pets to Dr. John’s for over a decade. Monday I saw Dr. Brockman and got the kind of news a pet owner is never prepared for. Dr. Brockman was the perfect combination of professional and sympathetic. He even called to check in a few days later. I wish I knew the name of the vet tech that was with us. He was so kind, as I was nearly hysterical. I can’t express my appreciation enough.
The kindness and compassion show by Dr. John's Pet Care Clinic to both pets and their humans is unmatched by any other vet I've been to. I love going to an office full of such wonderful, caring, and understanding employees and know that my pets are always in good hands!
Took Kassie to see the doc for her due claw injury and they were all wonderful. No wait and speedy process. I love these guys.
Took Penny to be checked out yesterday. Saw Doctor Brockman. They took their time and was very thorough. They put her on a bland diet and gave her 2 meds. Doctor Brockman called to check on her today. The locations out of my way but worth it. Thanks Dr. John’s.
Yes I recommend Dr. johns Pet care clinic all the time. Thorough exams. Kind , polite staff. Usually run right on time too!
We love Dr. John. You get a great exam very thorough. Ask as many questions without feeling rushed. You are in and out no waiting. Doesn't try to sell you extra medicine. Tells you what and why you should give your pet and leaves it up to you. We used to go to. high end vet clinic and honestly Seamus gets better treatment for half the cost.
Staff is pleasant and helpful. The vet is honest and provides options as well as potential costs so you can make an informed decision for your pet’s needs.
