I really wanted to give a negative 10 to this location my daughter was told to go to get X-ray then told to return to the clinic, never saw the doctor. He walked in and said oh no to me and walked away never returned, he sent his Resident in and she was uneducated on what was going on with me. She was very demisive and not understanding to my medical needs. She was terrible and I never will return to this office ever again. Check out didn't even given me my appointment paper just handed me a parking sticker and said ok bye.
Do not go here. The office is not managed well and the wait to see a dr is over an hour. Southeast and JOI have much better run offices with no sitting all day. They took 2 X-ray patients back before me that came in 30 mins after I arrived. Not a good place with horrible parking.
10:30am appointment and it is now 1:15pm. I cannot believe they schedule appointments and you wait this long. Especially when you try and consult with these doctors and explain your symptoms and they tell you oh honey I’m sorry you can only tell me one area that you are in pain. If I wake up and go to sleep with pain and inflammation in 90% of my body how am I supposed to pin point one area? My appointment was for 2pm, I was told to arrive at 1:30. It's now 3:30 and I've been waiting in a patient room since 2. Why schedule an appointment every 15 minutes if you know you are going to need 45 minutes for each patient. Unfortunately it's the only doctor my insurance PPO will allow me to see for Orthopedic care. I will change my policy next year so I don't have to come back here.
good doctors, kind nurses, and everything goes fast and smooth. one major problem GETTING EMPTY PARKING, so make sure you arrive at least 40 minutes earlier than your actual appointment 🙃. It's clean, and they take good care of you . one happy patient ☺️ 😊
