I saw Dr. William's a few months ago and he said I need a reverse shoulder replacement. So, he did the surgery and my result was superb! He has discontinued my PT and said my shoulder will gradually get stronger and stronger just by using my arm. I can't thank him enough. He's a great surgeon and has a terrific bedside manner. You can trust his judgement completely. His nurse is also wonderful. She was very prompt when calling in my pain meds and is so sweet. They make an excellent team. I highly recommend Dr. William!

An absolute phenomenal doctor he should be everybody's go to when it comes to orthopedic issues. He performed surgery on my shoulder and from the start of the appointment process until the discharge after the surgery was an absolute streamlined professional process. He is very attentive very caring and so was his staff. Even after the procedure my pain level never Rose above a three on a 10 scale. The job was professional and done with minimal scarring. EDIT 2024. Below is my unedited June 2019 post. My revised views are as follows: my knee is not good. I’ve been in need of another surgery for years now. 5 months post op, Williams said “if you were in high school, I would clear you to play football.” I’ll never forget that quote and the look he had because my knee was not confident.
