Professional friendly thorough
I established myself as her patient a year ago, and I am so happy that I did. Excellent and knowledgeable physician with superb bedside manner. She is a godsend. Professional and courteous staff and extremely clean facility.
Office staff is the worst! I spent 5 days during my lunch hour to get through to the office! One day at 415 I called and was #2 in the Que, and got disconnected at 5:05!I wanted the Dr's assistant Jonathan to call me back to see if I could have my endoscopy and colonoscopy at the same time saving me days off of work and possibly some$$ No c/b The Dr. wanted me to take this $85 prep, and I reluctantly did so I wouldn't have to miss 2 days of work. Great doctor but he needs to join the 21st century with notifications technology or hire more clerks to call and remind his older patients about appointments. It wouldn’t hurt if they at least answer the phone.
Dr. Cano is very nice and has a great beside manner, but unfortunately that does not make up for the constant lack of professionalism from her office. Dr. Cano frequently does not follow through and neither does her staff. It takes forever to get refills and referrals. Her staff is undedicated and procrastinating. They make mistakes due to there lack of effort and then blame it on the patients. It very evident that the staff takes advantage of Dr. Cano's poor management skills. She is very thorough. I liked her and her medical team.
I would never recommend this Doctor to anyone. He does not have concerns for patients. He is just not a Doctor that I would recommend. When I was in the hospital a number of times If I did actually see him if a question was ask he would have to ask the assistant because he apparently never bothered to look at my chart or check the monitor, I am at this time looking for a new Heart Doctor.
I knew Dr. Brannon when I was an LPC intern at Samaritan Counseling Center twenty something years ago and he was always kind and compassionate when talking about patient care and when interacting with the staff at Samaritan Counseling Center.
