On my first day at the facility, I faced significant difficulties just getting through the door due to the lack of an automatic door opener. While struggling with my crutches, the front desk staff did nothing to help until another patient came to my aid. Best knee surgeon ever! Completely changed my life. I cannot imagine a world without my new knees. If you're having knee problems he's the guy to go to!!!
My husband was referred here for his Achilles rupture from the ER. When he called he was told the dr only does hip and knee. He asked for the name of a dr who does Achilles but was repeatedly told he had to come in for an evaluation before he could get ANOTHER referral to the appropriate dr?! Makes no sense and is a waste of time and money, especially since time is of the essence and surgery is needed ASAP. Why be evaluated by a dr who can’t help him? Decided to find our own dr since the receptionist was ZERO help.
Dr. West is amazing! I was very happy to see him again at his fantastic new location. I'll definitely be back for more work on my knee.
