My first visit was a positive experience. From calling for the appointment to the support staff when I walked in and including Dr. West - it was as good as a medical appointment can get. We're lucky to have this clinic in Poulsbo. If you ever have knee issues, call them.
I been going to Dr West for about 10 years and he is the best. My knees feel so much better. He listens to what I have to say. He works with me regarding my knees and how to make them stronger. His staff is the best.

Lady at the front desk is a bit of a smart ass did not care at all to help. I have an appointment confirmation in my text message as proof that I had an appointment Monday January 12th. Refused to help me.
