Dr. John West is truly an expert in his field and his staff is excellent. He inspired confidence in me when he was able to roughly diagnose my injury before the MRI, he truly knows knees because the MRI revealed his exact initial opinion. Dr. West gave me the full break down of pros and cons of surgery and I didn't feel pressured to make a decision. On my first day at the facility, I faced significant difficulties just getting through the door due to the lack of an automatic door opener. While struggling with my crutches, the front desk staff did nothing to help until another patient came to my aid. Once I finally saw Dr. West, I was disappointed by how rushed my exam felt; he zipped through it without providing any guidance on my care in the meantime. I've never had a better doctors office experience. Wonderful staff and amazing work! I have never felt better. My knees are in amazing shape!
Best knee surgeon ever! Completely changed my life. I cannot imagine a world without my new knees. If you're having knee problems he's the guy to go to!!!
