Exceptional service. Went for my first time today (with a Groupon) to get a pinched nerve in my neck checked out and started the visit with a great conversation with the receptionist. She was endlessly sweet and had me seen by the doctor within 10 minutes of arriving. Dr. Ward seems like he really cares about your health. After a long search for the right chiropractor, I finally found Dr. John, and I’ve been seeing him for two years now. He is incredibly professional and kind. shawnee, the receptionist, always greets me warmly and makes me feel like part of the family. Highly recommend!
I’m so grateful , Dr. Ward has helped me many times .!!!! For anyone who regularly travels or who might need care at different hours he has an option where he will fly to you for a fee. To me that’s worth it . I thought I’d mention this for those of you constantly on business trips all over the world .
