Have been a patient of Dr. Waggoner for several years. He is easy to talk to, caring and right on the mark. Has a great sense of humor, easy to talk to, caring and an all-around great doc. Saved my life by catching a potential fatal heart artifact and correcting it. Totally recommend him to anyone. Am an RN so no easy to please!
