Been going to Dr. Sawvel for years. He is an excellent doctor with a caring attitude. His staff is equally competent and friendly. Never had a negative contact with any of his staff.
He is attentive to my needs. We have kept in touch during the COVID19 virus.
I love Dr Sawvel and his staff has always been very helpful and friendly with my husband and I. Makes for an easy relaxed office visit. He has always taken the time for any questions we have and made sure we understood his answers. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else!!!
After reading the reviews I have to chime in. If you want to see rude, incompetent, bungling medical people, go to any practice in Troy. That is why as a Troy resident I go all the way to Beavercreek to see Dr. Sawvel. His patient and do-able advise has resulted in great improvements in my numbers and I trust him implicitly. Likewise his staff has always been friendly and efficient. I will continue to see Dr. Sawvel and have recommended him to my wife.
Love Dr Sawvel his staff is incompetent. Caught his nurse Kayla lying to me. Told me she had no blood results at 12. Called lab said they sent them over at 8am & the Dr. Had looked at them. Kayla scheduled me for a stress test downstairs in the imaging lab. After calling & wondering why I was not getting called to get scheduled finally went in & they told me they had no orders because they do not perform the test downstairs. Staff had no idea it needed to be done at hospital. Believe the reviews
