Dr. John W. Reeves, internist, “treated” my grandmother in the WK North ER on 10/19/18; he deserves 0 stars. Even when I lived in Boston for law school and went to much busier and larger ERs, I’ve never been treated by a doctor the way he treated us. He was arrogant, condescending, and acted like he could not wait to leave the room. He wasn’t interested in hearing anything that me or my aunt had to say (the people who care for her daily).
