Condescending Insulting Rude Assembly line medicine After a decade seeing this physician I have lost faith/ after annual visit and describing chest pains he dismissed, one week later I had a heart attack *
Been going to Dr. Millspaugh for over 23yrs. Dr. Millspaugh will take the time and listen to you and your concerns or issues. Everyone there is professional and friendly. Would recommend him anytime.
I've never heard of a physician treating someone as rudely as Dr. Milspaugh.
This experience needs to be known. I recently tested positive for an auto-immune genetic condition with a specialist. I wanted to find out if I had been sick with Covid over the holidays so I could know my immunity level. I am already vaccinated but had felt ill. I called TFM and was told that a Covid antibody test would show "recent infection". When I arrived for my appointment, Dr. Milspaugh was patronizing and acted like I was ridiculous for listening to the staff when I had called. He spoke of the booster and I asked que... read more
I saw Dr. Millspaugh as my primary care physician for close to 15 years. Overall, he was a great doctor. I al... read more
I've been seeing Dr. Millspaugh for more years than I can count at this point. He has always been very attentive to me. He is very knowledgeable and does not just order more medication unless he feels it is absolutely needed. He listens to me. His staff has always been great to me. I have also seen his two PA's Marc and Tim and they are great also.
A doctor’s staff greatly impacts their future business. If you can get past the front desk’s uncaring, unhelpful attitude, your doctor’s appointment would be pleasant. I would encourage Dr. Millspaugh to use his patient reviews as a teaching moment for his staff. When seeing a doctor, added stress from the staff is not the treatment goal.
Business response:
Sorry to hear you feel you had a bad experience. We have a patient portal to access the providers directly if you ever have an issue. I'd encourage that so we could actually address your concerns. We would need some details to do anything of course.
Very thorough. Professional and caring. I have seen several doctors in my lifetime and he is by far the best! Their office is also top notch.
Best family practitioner in the area. Extremely quick, and incredibly friendly.
