Dr. McDonald is the best dentist our family has ever had. He is very professional and caring of all his patients. I had a bad toothache and he took my call after hours and also came in on his day off to help. It is rare to find such a kind and caring medical professional and we are so glad we did. Furthermore, his assistant Roz is wonderful and helpful whenever we visit. Truly a gem to find a place of business with such quality of care. Thanks you Dr. McDonald!
My husband went to see Dr Macdonald for the first time about a year ago now. His first visit was because he needed an extraction and was in horrible pain. Dr Macdonald’s assistant is kind and very accommodating, she was able to get him in right away. The first visit went smooth as pie and was extremely competitive when comparing rates to others near by. Dr Macdonald was fast and efficient. Aweful he worked on me with an active infection that got worse after having the 3 teeth removed and when I called back to schedule a follow up for it and tell him how infected it looks feels smells tastes and how much pain I'm in dr Macdonald hung up on me after raising his voice and speaking over me very poor dentist.
