Dr. Hovorka was up to date on research and options and considered my parents' whole health and long term considerations. Top notch.
My husband was sent to Dr. Hovorka by the VA for removal of a lipoma on his head. Dr. Hovorka made a complete mess with the procedure. His "surgery room" is a make shift in my opinion. I would NEVER recommend him for ANY surgery!!
I went for knee pain and what I though was the beginning of varicose veins. After getting an Ultrasound exam I was informed that it was really a knee injury. The staff was friendly and professional they even recommended a good pair of compression hose which have helped a lot. I was referred to Dr. Hovorka office by family and was not disappointed.
Very bad experience. My mother had a "laser procedure" at his office and later on her toe became black and required to have a leg amputation (not only her toe) in a real hospital. When I tried to get her records, records are incomplete, not clear answer what happened. Not recommended at all.
I am very disappointed with this physician, he performed several procedures in my uncle's leg at his office and he doesn't explain anything about the results, at the end my uncle lost his leg. When I tried to get an explanation he does not express well (he does not look at your eyes, a lot of doubts what happened, etc). If I would know from the beginning, I would be choosing somebody else.
