The staff was extremely friendly including Dr John Sardella. He mad me feel at ease even though he was doing an emergency extraction for me. He kept asking me if I was alright and if I was hurting. He stopped and gave me more novocaine when I asked. He staff and him worked me in even though I did not have an appointment that day because I was suffering. This is the first time I was in their office and I plan on going back again soon to have more extractions done.
