Dr Pinski is patient, explained my procedure, answered my questions without hesitation

I had a scope and stent placed by Dr. Pinski. I had some complications during the procedure, however the doctor or nurse never told me that there were complications or that I’d require a second procedure. They advised my spouse of the outcome while I was still under anesthesia and never talked to me. I’d run from this office and provider. Find someone that actually speaks to their patients.

The office was jammed with people and it felt like we were at a cattle call. Nurses and staff were very friendly, but it felt like Dr. Pinski had his hand on the exam room door waiting to leave the entire (short) visit. He was impatient and almost came off as flippant to what is a very life-altering issue. We felt like we had to squeak in our questions because he was in such a rush - and then as he walked us out of the exam room didn't even bother to turn around and acknowledge us. He should not be s MD. His as no bedside manner or concern to console a problem. You never see him only nurses or the PA who also is very cold and unfeeling. I felt like I was going into a smarter farm when I went for a apt. Front desk has no privacy and you are just a number. I was never so happy to leave his practice and went to a MD who wants to talk to his patients.

I would never recommend this horrible person . he don't care about people . Why would any man consent to a surgery with a scope if he is making up symptoms? No man would!! It was the only way to hopefully get better instead its worse and he said there is nothing wrong.
