Great Doctor
I had been trying to contact the office but it did not work. They pickup the phone and put me on hold for 17 minutes. Call after and sound busy. I don't know how this work.
Cataract surgery taken care of. Fast, efficient, nice staff. No issues at all.

The Dr is excellent. However this office is so poorly managed it’s astounding. Their phones never work and frequently say out of service. They don’t have a Voicemail or email for patients to leave messages or confirm appointments. Today I sat on hold first for 18 min which is already a long time and then when they finally answered they put me back on hold for an hour!
