I saw Dr. John Ramey yesterday. I am a senior citizen. My primary care giver sent me to him due to my issues. The receptionist was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The rest of the staff was too. I was told my visit could be 3 hours so I was prepared. It ended up being a shorter time. Dr. Ramey was knowledgeable and asked me lots of questions that covered my medical needs. When I was having a major breathing problem he said it was asthma which it wasn’t. On a later visit I experienced a major breathing attack and he called 911 because he said he couldn’t help. I have no trust in this doctor when he actually saw my problem and said he couldn’t help.

Not seeing this doctor anymore because the practice he is at is unorganized and does not seem to know what is going on or communicate well. Although that was the case, if Dr. Ramey was a bit more friendly and personable, it probably would’ve made all the difference. Please don’t waste people’s time with an appointment you could have simply called me about. “The test results show your son scored low on this allergies, have a nice day” ... really? But on my way out schedule another appointment so we can do the food challenge? ... read more
