I have been a patient of Dr. Lanza's since 2011, when he assisted on surgery to remove cancer on my face along with the lymph nodes around my ear. I was scared. Not just about the cancer, but also the potential of having a 5" scar on my face. Dr Lanza was amazing. He got me to relax about the cancer, which was no small feat. 100% recovery! I have also seen him for ENT issues such as polyps in my esophagus, and a growth on my thyroid. He has always been compassionate and empathic. Many kudos!
We met Dr. Lanza while a family member was in the hospital. He is an exceptional physician and has a very caring and compassionate bed side manner. He gave us the time we needed, answered all of our questions and never acted as though he was in a hurry to leave or that any of our questions were not valid.. We highly recommend him. Dr. Lanza has addressed several ENT issues for me in the past few years. He came highly recommended to me by medical professionals. I always ask my medical professional friends to whom would they send their family. Skill, not bedside manner, is my primary concern although Dr. Lanza is very personable, shows genuine concern, is thorough and I felt thoughtful in his approach to drugs and treatment. From checkin to checkout, the staff is extraordinary!
Dr. Lanza has exceptional bedside manner. Answered any questions I had regarding additional testing and ongoing care. I feel completely confident recommending him and his practice for all ent needs.
I saw Dr. Lanza for a year for my Chronic sinus infections Ann's the only thing I got from him was bouts of antibiotics and steroids. And every time nothing worked. The pain I was in was horrible. The staff was rude and never called back when I left messages. Finally he says let's do surgery and tells me he will let me know all about what goes on with surgery the day I go. No I don't think so. Thanks for taking my 50 co pay for a year instead of helping me. I found another ent who helped me fats
Awful experience! Don'the bring your children there. Before even seeing the Dr. They made us wait 1 hour past our appointment time. Nurse was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. Dr. Tried to put camera down my 10yrs old nose without success then charge for it. Sent us for unnecessary testing...even the staff at Martin Memorial questioned the testing. Made extra appointment and charges for service not perform. Worse experience with Dr. In treasure coast so far.
