Dr. Smoots and his staff are the best health care providers I have ever had. I feel genuinely cared about, not just for. There is noticeable respect among the associates and no stone goes unturned.
Takes excellent care of me. Listens and you feel like you are a important person. Don’t feel like he’s in a hurry even though he is extremely busy. .
On my first visit I was excited to find a dr. that might be thorough and provide me with some answers. The second time I saw him for follow up he was dismissive and misogynistic. He told me my request for an mri would not be granted “because I don’t write for mri’s based on curiosity” get out of here mr. Baby boomer. I have been In pain for months and have lost the use of my arm. I definitely do not recommend this dr. I can’t say there are many better options out there and that is the sad part.
