Dr. O'Malley was focused on my knee issue. He showed me my X-rays, and was able to compare them to past x rays. He made suggestions and a plan for how to follow up if my knee continued to be a problem or my issue increased in difficulty. I like that he gave me a plan and didn't rush to shots or replacement. The visit was pleasant and I did not feel rushed.
Doctor was going to be at least 1 hour late, then receptionist asked if I had my X-rays? They took them then sent me to get a scan elsewhere. How many people actually get their scans to carry around. Then asked if I was wanting surgery? I answered no at that time. Was told they would send for scans and let me know what to do. 1 day missed from work, 100 Mille trip. Not a good experience.
For sure, on time. I was pleasantly surprised.
Enjoyed meeting Dr.O’Malley. He was very personable and addressed all of my concerns regarding upcoming knee replacement surgery! Good sense of humor!
You have an appointment for a particular time, but you sit in the exam room for almost 30 minutes waiting for the Doctor O'Malley to come in. If I wasn't experiencing pain, I would have left.
