My provider was exceptional. Explained everything in easy to use language. Explained the procedure as it was happening and why he was doing what he was doing. Listened to and answered all my questions. Thoroughly asked me questions about my medical history. Was easy to communicate with and completely approachable. Made me feel relaxed and positive before, after, and during the procedure.
Very easy to communicate with and gave me options for my condition. Very experienced and presented my options in a understandable way.
Dr Mullen and staff provide excellent service.
Dr. Mullen anticipated and answered any questions I had about my issue, and took time to answer questions and provide insight on a related issue. The exam was quick and painless. My only complaint was that I had to wait four months for the appointment, but I realize that is due to circumstances beyond the provider's control.
