Terrible experience, diagnosis Bursitis, treated me for 10 months, 2 shots and a steroid pact, nothing helped. Told me id just have to live with it and the only thing that would help was to get young again, horrible man, Got a second opinion and I don't have Bursitis, its my back. Wish I had looked at the reviews sooner.

Even though he is my brother-in-law I will still write an honest review. I flew down from Long Island to get a hip replacement from him and am slightly concerned. During the operation a woke up to him plowing me yelling "ROX ROX". Also "why couldn't you be mine, why does my brother always win". I am now pregnant with Joe III. Pleasant experience.
I'm glad I didn't see these ratings before my surgery. Dr. Hruska repaired my broken hip/femur last October. He is not the most personable guy, but he did a great job surgically - and that's definitely the most important thing to me.
I have an artificial knee Four years ago my broke my femur and smashed my knee cap in the leg of the artificial knee I was taken to Martin memorial They said they may have to ship me out because of the severity of the injury They called dr hruska because they used him before I thought I may never have full capacity if my leg dr huruska put three screws and a rod in my leg I can walk fine and play golf Dr Hruska is an outstanding surgeon
Acted as a second opinion for a surgeon in his office. He advised that I didn't have a problem with my arm.Today I came home from the hospital after another surgery by a different surgeon on the same arm that there was nothing wrong with
I had to give him at least one star cause its required. Dr. Hruska did a total knee replacement on me on 12/3 or 5/13. I had pain & problems 6 months later. After arguing for 4 months got to see him & I'm allergic to nickel so need another replacement. I need a different doctor cause this man left me without pain meds after surgery for 36 hours. I have no trust in him to do a doctor who doesn't care. I'm still I. Pain until I can find someone I trust.
I always select a physician by their education and certifications. I'm glad I was not deterred by reviews that seemed to be more personality directed as opposed to medical ability. Dr Hruska is excellent on all counts. Smart, knowledgeable, and charming! He recommended a conservative approach to resolving my problem, which I always appreciate.
Waited over one hour to see him. Didn't tell me what he thought was wrong until I ask him. MRI staff rude. Switched doctors but couldn't get them to forward MRI to new doctor. Don't go to these people.. Notified ETNA iof poor care by staff snd head nurse.
