I left a review from my first visit (front desk was horrible to me) but had to go back yesterday and it was a completely different experience. The receptionists were very kind and warm. Idk if the old ones were fired or realized how offensive they were. But Dr. Cardone has always been awesome. It was a perfect & easy experience. I didn't wait long & he took his time with me again. I feel like it's only fair to write an updated review.

This office is a joke. Dr. Cardone is a nice man, but he's not very thorough when checking people with acne and the like. Nor do they care how long you have to wait to get into the office. They take vacations and close the office early whenever they feel like it. I wouldn't recommend this office or dr. searching somewhere else for someone who is more proactive and their office is actually open during listed hours.

I like Dr Cardone, he's a nice guy. He obviously knows his stuff but when I call up and be told I can have an appointment FOUR MONTHS down the line when I am asking him to look a suspicious skin markings...I think he has MAJOR scheduling issues. Staff sound so bored and disinterested like they are doing you a favor.
