TERRIBLE experience at Advent ER with this Doctor. Rude, dismissive and completely incompetent in communication and diagnosis. I will NEVER return to Advent as a result. Worthy of note, I provided in-depth information about this doctor on the Advent follow survey and I even requested a follow up call to discuss my serious concerns and, to date, they have NEVER followed up.
Actually shrugged his shoulders at me and told me he didn’t know what to do. Total jerk. I just read the ER report on the patient portal and he was obviously not listening to a word I said.
Went to Shawnee mission (which is a great hospital) but VERY disappointed in the ER doctor that saw my younger sister. She was already in pain / upset and tired (because it was the middle of the night) and Dr. Bradley was rude, talked down to her, and was very inconsiderate of her feelings. It made my sister even more upset and she was crying. NOT OKAY. Bedside manner needs major improvement
