I have gone to Dr. John Blake for about nine years. He has removed many cancers from my forehead and my arm. I am very grateful for all of his help. The doctor and other staff members are very kind and respectful and care about their patients.

I seen Dr Blake for a cancer screening last year. My insurance pays preventative so the visit should have been paid for. I was billed for the visit and the bill never specified cancer screening so my insurance wouldn’t pay for it. I tried resolving this issue several times and nothing would be done about it. I ended up paying the bill in full.

I went in for my annual preventative body scan which is free with Select Health. I was charged more than $200. I called 3 times to have it billed correctly and they said Dr. Blake billed it that way. They would not correct it and I have wasted so much time trying to resolve it. I will never go back.

I am surprised anyone can get in to see him. I've tried but I guess there's like a 1 month wait. I see a Dr. in SLC, but could not get out there, this was a few years back. I did see a PA with his office. He prescribed me some cream n some other medications, a shot. None of it worked I went back to my Dr. in SLC, I took my prescriptions with me he threw then aside and said those will not work.
