Great job fitting me in for an appointment for a chipped tooth repair. Dr was very nice and explained things clearly. Office staff and dental hygienist are the best I’ve ever had.
Staff are very respectful and knowledgeable in their areas. Doctor is super nice to all who come in. They were able to fit me in last minute for both a pediatrics appointment and adult appointment same day. They also communicate very well!
Absolutely fantastic for military needs, I had constant scheduling conflicts with the military, and they accommodated each change and squeezed me in right before deploying to hurricane relief for an unknown time.
It is a very clean and professional office. Dr. Rottschalk and his staff have always been very kind and compassionate to me and my family.
**AS OF MAY 14 2024** After reading numerous negative reviews, I realized I too have had a negative experience with their billing. This is the second time it's happened. The first time, they eventually corrected the issue and I was paid after several months. Recently, I went in for a cleaning that should have been 100% covered by my Federal Insurance.
