Dr. Romanelli has lost the personal touch with this new controlling group he is in. They seek to distance him from his patients. When I called and left a message I didn't receive a response until closing time of the day before my appointment. Off putting. I wasn't sure until then whether or not I would be expected.
Dr. Romanelli has been my family's doctor for the past 25 years or more and still continues to be. In fact my grandchildren go to him too.
