I found the staff very pleasant and professional. Dr Robinson listened to my concerns and has helped in addressing them.
What a great experience today for my husband to find a truly caring Doctor who explained everything through and set up future testing. Love his experienced approach and great warm personality
From Doctor to staff is a mess with bad bed side manners. I ended up in ER because he wasn’t available for the medication he put me on nor the attending Doctor. Then, when I did a follow up, he raised his voice at me because I ended up going to ER. Felt hurt and not listened to. Was very shocked.
Dr. Robinson’s neurology office has very rude staff. Their tone and demeanor make it seem like they’re doing you a favor by assisting you. When calling to confirm appointments, they often give incorrect dates and fail to provide important information—such as whether a co-pay is required. Additionally, they only accept credit cards and inform you last-minute that cash is not accepted, as if you’re an inconvenience. Funny, approachable, and (more importantly) extremely bright and up to date on treatment options for me. Exactly what you'd wish for in a doctor. He made complex issues easy to understand, and did so respectfully and without ever condescending. I wish every doctor was like this one.
