Two waiting rooms packed with people and LONG wait times. Yes you will have your eyes dilated almost every time you go in for an appointment but still, expect 4-6 hours before you leave. Had cataract surgery in both eyes and they are fine but I lost my ability to read without glasses which was devastating to me.

I just went with my sister for 2 laser treatments for glaucoma followed by 2 cataract surgeries and he did a great job. I have now had 4 laser procedures for glaucoma in the last 5 years and starting my own cataract journey. Other than long wait times during preliminary visits it was a good experience. Have been a patient for over ten years.

If you like your doctors to treat you like cattle on the hoof, this is the place for you My appointment was at 9:30, with a request that I arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. After spending three hours waiting, with a 20 minute interval for two tests and a video presentation, I asked the staff if this was normal. I was advised that, "well, we do get busy around here." with no apology or explanation, At that point, I walked out
