Always had a good experience with Dr Mullan Always had time for emergency and fit you in To me that's a good sign of a good doctor.
My mother was talked into a partial by Dr Mullan. He told her if it didn't work out, he would refund her money. After a complication resulted from the partial and another tooth was pulled, she decided to take him up on that. He denied ever offering that and failed to keep his word. In spite of never seeing or signing any sort of document stating his "no return policy", she is stuck with a $750 partial that she is afraid to use. This plus shoddy bonding work equals goodbye.
