He retired from Clinica Sierra Vista(the literall worst), Shaw. I dont believe anyone was notified of his retirement and solely found out when they couldn't get their meds, as prescriptions became void at the pharmacy.🙄he & the CSVShaw... consistent if anything.

Terrible ... cant get Prescription filled on time , takes 2 months for an appointment , put on hold forever , not a good way to run a medical profession ... bad !!!
can never get a hold of anyone to help, been out of meds for over a week now. phone just rings and rings, no answer.
