First and foremost*** This dentist is great! My Review reflects his terrible support staff who, you, as a patient will unfortunately have to tolerate if you go to his office. This dentist does a great job if I my review was solely based on him as a dentist I would give him 5 stars. My review is grading his overall practice, which I think is tarnished by some of his clerical support staff's lack of work ethic/enthusiasm to do their work correctly and in a timely fashion.
