I went to see Dr. John today as I have been dealing with a shoulder problem for over 10 years. It has gotten to the point where I can't sleep on my shoulder as it hurts too bad. When I play tennis I have to warm up to get it loose, but if I stretch too far for a ball there is shooting pain that limits my play.
