Excellent experience for DOT physical. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They were able to email me a copy of my certificate very quickly upon request many months after my visit.
DOT Medical examiner ‘s certificate for $75 you will found here. I made an appointment and get to the clinic before 15 minutes, waiting for 2 minutes and I get all done in about 20 minutes. The nurse was very nice and friendly. Will recommend for CDL holders
I go to Dr P for Acupuncture and chiropractic every 3 weeks for the past year and a half, my treatment really helps with joint and muscle pains. Dr P has really helped me. I recommend to any one with arthritis or aches and pains and I find the acupuncture to be very calming as well. I can’t imagine not continuing and I recommend him to everyone. Amazing how much relief he provides to his patients!
