Their pain management department lacks the manpower to keep up with the number of patients they have. i had a checkup visit on 07-29-2026. told by the physician's associate they would put the request into the insurance right away. Well right away turned into 18 days when insurance got the request and they okayed on the next day. I didn't receive a call from UB to schedule the shot until 14 more days went by. Terrible! Left me with severe pain and at head tilt, very noticeable . Poor bedside manner and follow up.
