Dr.. Pang is the best!!!! ??????
I can't speak for the whole office but I had a negative experience with an NP, Ayesha. I have hypothyroidism and need to be seen by an endocrinologist every 6 months to monitor it. I asked for a referral and she refused, saying that this office is monitoring it fine. After some battling she reluctantly agreed to refer me but appeared insulted. I later discovered that my thyroid had been swelling and was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I am disgusted by the awful and unprofessional service.
This office is incompetent. You pay for an office visit in person but they don't record your payment and instead they invoice you personally and continue to invoice you even after phone calls and faxes providing proof of payment. They do not know how to run a business.
Dr. Pangs office is generally very good. I have been going to him for about 3 years. I love nurse practioner Sarah. Getting the girls in the office to call in a referral on the other hand is another story. I have not had good experiences there. The communication when giving lab results is normally so far from right I prefer to pick up a copy of my labs and see for my self. Dr. Pang needs to coach his staff on communication and accuracy of information.
Dr Pangs office is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I have been there several times and only have seen Dr. Pang once. Nurse Practitioner Ayesha is one of the worst nurse practitioners in practice. If you are considering using this office please run away and find another. They misdiagnosed me and when I had 2 other doctors confirm my diagnoses they would not accept it. The wait time is long and the doctors and nurses only see you for about 10minutes and then you never see them again
My Wife and I have been seeing Dr. Pang for about 2 years .His staff is friendly and knowagble and the Doctor is the best we have found in the Mesquite ,Sunnyvale and Dallas .
