He is a fantastic doctor that cares about his patients and the well being of their families. If Banner Health had any more doctors like him they are a very blessed practice. Thank you Dr. Julius for being there for me and my family during this trying time in our lives. You have always had the right answers and given the best advice.

He is a great Doctor. He listens to my issues and referred me to the right specialist when I need one.

I followed Dr Julius from the Chandler office to the new Banner office in Desert Ridge and even though it's a bit of a drive for me I like this new office waaaay better. For starters the wait time is non existent and the office/building is much nicer (newer). I like Dr Julius's demure; he's very easy going and where other doctor's can be difficult specially if you want to see a specialists he's not. Never had any issues with him, he answers my questions so I'm happy.

I asked for the new to Medicare Wellness exam and the specific wellness tests offered free by Medicare. Instead He billed regular annual visit and ordered five additional tests not covered. Also billed for fifteen minute health evaluation by the medical assistant I did not ask for. The doctor walked in only to hand me the lab order never checked me over. The Cologard kit never got ordered and a month later found out he left the group practice.

I scheduled an appointment to discuss "low-T" symptoms. I was given $600 worth of tests plus office visit. When the tests came back, I was not allowed to speak to "The Doctor", but was given a call by an assistant who left a "message" stating I have "low vitamin D". My attempts to speak with "The Doctor" only resulted with a return call from the assistant. I think $600 would have entitled me to at the very least a phone call. Pathetic.

Unfortunately I had an AWFUL experience.. I waited for about 40 minutes in his office to be seen to spend a total of 2 minutes with him. In that two minutes he managed to prescribe three medications of which he FORGOT to order. So I ended up spending time and money on an appointment that I then had to follow up for days to get the correct prescriptions filled. Outside of the horrible experience, he also was very rude and seemed to be to busy to be bothered with any patients that day. I did take

Terrible doctor, wants to charge me for my own health records after one visit. Would't recommend him to anyone. He won't give me all of medications that my prior doctor gave me! I'm having high anxiety, and I can't get my medication from him!! I'm unemployed and suffering and can't get my prior medication or records with out paying for them!!!

Called the office only 3 times, each call on hold for over 40 minutes ! The third time I called, after waiting OVER ! HOUR, I opted to get in my car and drive to the office. Here's what happened in part: a lady was at the desk crying saying her meds were not where they were supposed to be, and that phone waits were unbelievable. I had the chance to show my phone to 2 people(still ticking at 1hr +)finally a giggling woman handed me the phone with an un apologetic office mgr. on other end.TERRIBLE
