I recently had cataract surgery by Dr. Frangie and now have 20/20 vision . His staff was always professional and kind. I feel Dr. Frangie has excellent communication skills and fully explained the procedure beforehand and during the actual laser. procedure. Thank you Dr. Frangie!.
The tech gave me the wrong prescription. Then I was charged $55. To have it corrected.The office manger was incredibly rude! No apology. A few months later they tried to bill me$150.for the rest of the appointment. I called my ins. they said it was never submitted so they had to drop the charge.
I have been seeing Dr Frangie for over 10 years now and he has preformed surgery on my eyes for my glaucoma and I have to say he was very professional and I have say my eye pressure has been great since the surgery. And I had a accidentally damaged my 1 eye , I called and they got me right in and taken care of my problem.

He said I was blind I couldn’t drive I had a stroke and my primary and him both said I was blind when I can see fine I went to a new doctor and she said I was fine I just have to turn my head more he would not even talk to me I went in to personal talk to him he would not even talk
