Dr Cannizzaro is amazing! He is kind, compassionate and a wonderful surgeon! I cannot recommend him enough!!
Dr Cannizzaro was a wonderful surgeon who I had the privilege of receiving. He was patient, thoughtful , and concise. I was raving about this man to anyone who would listen and attributed much of my new and improved golf game to his surgery. I would recommend him for surgery bar none! The low rating came when I saw that my loss of usage report changed significantly after I left my last visit. The miscalculation was detrimental to my entire process. For that, would not recommend. Dr Cannizzaro has been great, have had 2 surgeries on my right shoulder from separate incidents and I couldn’t ask for better results. Also the nurses are great to work with. People ask why I drive from Binghamton to Syracuse and I always tell them how great everyone is so it’s worth the drive.
This Doctor severed my meniscus causing me to have to have a total knee replacement. Also severed a major nerve and twelve years later I have no feeling in my toes. To boot he covered everything up in my medical record. I would never recommend him. When I had the knee replacement the anesthesiologist told me he should have been sued for what he did no he should have lost his license for what he did. (Did not use him for knee replacement)
I have had knee pain that has been worsening over the past few years, and when I finally got it checked out by another orthopedic practice, I was told they couldn't do anything for me. Dr. Cannizzaro took a thorough history and came up with a treatment plan that would allow me to return to my level of activity. When my insurance was being difficult with approvals, his staff worked steadily for me. Thank you, doc, for giving me options and using your exceptional skill to keep me moving.
