First, let's start with the grumpy receptionist who is clearly in the wrong place, because if she's going to greet people with such sadness, she should stay home. I went to have my genetic pregnancy test done, and after drawing 12 tubes of blood, they simply lost my tubes because NATERA never received them, even though their website showed that they did. I don't know what kind of scheme they're running with people's blood, but I'm never going back to that place.
Dr. Ross ruined my life! He botched a mitral valve repair via open heart surgery over 14 months ago. He admitted to my face that my Intercostal Neuralgia could have been prevented had he had a “cold” probe that is being used in other hospitals in the USA. Intercostal Neuralgia causes chronic severe rib pain and interferes with the mechanics of the respiratory system. As a result, I am bedridden since the surgery and can only go out if I use a wheelchair. Dr. Ross does not see patients post surgery. His PA, Marie Beck, saw me... read more
Dr. Crickman was rude, impatient, flippant, disregarded my personal medical choices, pushed vaccines and told me I was misinformed when I declined. Told me I needed to exercise because my spine won’t be supported after I just finished discussing with her a new medical condition that would not allow me to. She asked about my CHILDRENS vaccination status at my personal medical appointment. She was vulgar and just mean. This woman does NOT belong in healthcare in ANY field. Not even as a desk clerk
Went to ER for concussion and the nurse that I had in the make shift room in the hallway was nasty to me. Then the nurse never came back, so I left without my CT results.
I felt confident and comfortable with our consultation and proved with the procedure. Very capable physician.
I'll miss you Dr. Wilkes. Thank you for making the world a better place in your tragically short life.
If you’re looking for ineptitude, aggravation, and ultimately harassment for payment on services that are actually fully covered by insurance, this is your place. Just got yet another bill with threat of collection for services NOT rendered by the facility. Attempts to speak with someone to get resolved result in hours navigating useless phone prompts and when you do get a person they’re usually very nice but utterly inept or unable to actually resolve the problem they’re allegedly the right person to handle. Made one tr... read more
No verbal stipulation of required office visits but refused to refill my prescription without prior notice. Dr seems to be preoccupied with getting the patient out of the door. Dr diagnoses and prescribes without listening to the patient. We need to have an honest conversation with a young physician who prescribes to the doctor knows all?
Worst doctor I have seen at Roper. Didn't listen, give me time to explain, felt like he just wanted me in and out of his office. He was so overbooked I waited over an hour from my appointment time. Then the business day before my follow-up in which I was hoping to get my concerns in they call me and ask me to change because he has been overbooked again. Horrible patient care.
