Great experience with orthodontics in my 40s ;). This office even sent me a card when my dog passed away and knows my name when I walk in.
When you walk into the office you’re greeted by the sweetest lady, Susie. Just her presence brings me comfort. I have a lot of anxiety related to the dentist/orthodontist so having someone sound greet you sets the tone for each appointment. The staff is friendly, competent and listens to my concerns. Dr. John is a down to earth orthodontist who is highly skilled in providing dental care, but also calms my anxiety and takes care of my mental health: as well. Dr Johns ortho is the best orthodontist I could ever ask for there is so much support from their crew during my treatment especially from the front desk lady’s specifically Susie she has helped me through tuff spots during my treatment and gave me the motivation to push through the pain thank you DJO!!!
