Listens to my concerns
I’m leaving this review due to ongoing issues with referrals and communication. Referral requests have taken several months and have required multiple phone calls from me, and even hand delivering referral requests, as well as other doctors’ offices. During appointments, I felt my concerns were dismissed and I did not feel listened to. Overall, communication, follow-through, and bedside manner have not met expectations. I would not recommend this practice to those who need timely referrals, including military families.
Dr O'Connell is fantastic. He takes the time to address and listen to my concerns.
Great, positive new Primary Care Dr. for our whole FAMILY! We are off to a good start and Dr. O'CONNELL gets high marks for patience and forbearance with our bunch! He listens and gives great feedback, doesn't waste any time and has a GREAT staff to keep things running smoothly. A++++
