Excellent care and extremely thorough.
DR Novella is a superstar Cardiologist. I would recommend him if you need an expert in his field. He takes the time and effort to explain what is going on.. Has awesome communication skills. A must to see if you need and expert in his field.
How can you rate a doctor when you can’t find him?; when his practice is so badly administered that his staff don’t text, call or email (“our phones were down”) to warn you the Googled GPS address is wrong; when their stub street has no name sign; when the building itself has no name/address sign; when, knowing all this, they don’t pick up the phone and the A/S has not been coached; and , finally, they cancel you when you’re 10 minutes late? I’m going to trust these people with my heart? NOT.
