Today I visited Dr Julie Mok at this dental care with my family. Julie was very articulate, thorough in examining, the procedures and communicated clearly. Very trustworthy. I highly recommend to visit Dr Julie Mok for any of your dental issues.
Poor communication, doesn’t reply to emails or calls.
I arrived for my appointment at 11:35am on Sunday booked at 11:45am on the 12th of April. I sat there for 50 minutes. They were over 40 minutes late. I was told 2 minutes, they’re just finishing up. Waited another 10 minutes. No apology, no communication. They did not advise at any point in time there would be delays. The lack of communication is appalling customer service.
