I arrived for my appointment at 11:35am on Sunday booked at 11:45am on the 12th of April. I sat there for 50 minutes. They were over 40 minutes late. I was told 2 minutes, they’re just finishing up. Waited another 10 minutes. No apology, no communication. They did not advise at any point in time there would be delays. The lack of communication is appalling customer service. I was a walk in for emergency dental treatment. I was seen very promptly and the dentist done an outstanding job. Explained everything at each stage of the process and very very reassuring. I will be back which I guess is the best sign of a job well done
