Dr. Zafrin was incredible. There are very few providers I've come across that truly take their time to speak to their patients, understand their needs, give proper recommendations, and repeat things as many times as needed, like Dr. Zafrin did. Her approach of holistic care and not doing more than what's needed is amazing as well, because unlike a lot of other providers who try to do as much as possible, she really keeps the wants and needs of her patients in mind.
