I had the worse experience speaking to a Receptionist named Heather for Dr Petelos. She really made the office look bad. She first advised me she would have to "find me a doctor", long pause, after I advised of my insurance carrier. She spoke to me rudely with no care or concern for my child or his current health state- I was disregarded after Id advised that i was uncertain on whether or not i wanted to make Dr Petelos my permanent doctor, and i was advised "we dont do any 2nd opinions".
