I moved to Jacksonville for two years and truly feel blessed to have by absolute chance obtained Dr Muenz as my primary care not knowing anyone. Dr. Muenz truly cares about his patients and actually listened to my needs unlike other Dr's I have seen in my life. If I ever move back to Jax I will definitely seek out Dr Muenz again!
Worse doctor I’ve ever heard of in my life never even seen us and changed everything about our prescriptions that have been taken the same way for years!
This guy is terrible. Maybe he gets on a power trips and don’t even see the patient but lowers there medication. My son has been going there for years and he comes in and says he can’t take he’s meds on weekends and holidays. Now he gets up in the middle of the night and gets on he’s game which he was not doing previously. And on sundays he says he feels funny. I’m guessing because it’s the second day without taking. I saw Dr. Muenz for the first time in January but have been with this practice for almost 20 years. I have suffered with thyroid issues since my early 20's and he is the first doctor that has listened to my issues and spent time talking me through my condition and what I can do to improve and manage it. He sits and actually TALKS to me. He is never in a rush to go on to the next patient. I love Dr, Muenz and the entire staff at Coastal (formerly Family Medical Centers).
