I had a total hip replacement. Dr. McLaughlin did the procedure robotically and did an excellent job. The pain in the front of my hip was gone immediately after the surgery. He answered all of my questions and had a great bedside manner. He was very professional. His assistant, Frank, was wonderful as well. Frank responded to my questions in My Chart in a timely manner. Any time I had a question for Dr. McLaughlin his staff got back to me that day or the next day. Even his receptionist was helpful. Dr. McLaughlin explained the procedure and what to expect after surgery. Overall I am very happy.
Dr McLaughlin is different from other Dr's. He takes a Pt first approach from your initial visit and sees it all the way through. Not only is he skilled at what he does, but his attention to detail while maintaining a humble down to earth approach is what makes him the Dr of choice. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an Orthopedic Dr.
