My daughter had an allergy attack and headaches. I called physician's exchange to page the doctor. He never called back! I called and left a voicemail message to relate my daughter's symptoms and that I was bringing her in without an appointment. When we arrived, we were told it would be a wait since we are walk-ins. I did explain that she is in pain and they said the doctor will see her as soon as possible. 45 minutes later she is taken into a room. 20 minutes after that, still no doctor. Very comprehensive, outstanding commitment to excellence by Docs who have asthma, allergies or eczema themselves. My son never saw an asthma specialist before and we just expected him to "grow out of it". He was tested for lung capacity, alergies. He does have asthma and dust mite allergy. Left educated on everything we needed to know that we didnt before and a plan. The ball is in our court with a LOT more knowlege now. Mahalo
