Dr. Madden is everything you could hope for in a pediatrician. He takes the time to truly see and hear both my kids and me, making each visit feel personal and unhurried. I appreciate that he looks at the whole child—not just the immediate concern—considering their overall health, development, and well-being. His caring and thoughtful approach gives me complete confidence that my children are in the best hands.
Dr. Madden is extremely responsive. He errs on the side of caution when it comes to getting all services needed for your child. Always prompt to respond, schedule appointments, and make sure your child is taken care of. Who else will do an allergy referral at 4PM on a Friday? Not many others! Every pediatrician, NP, nurse, or front desk staff with the office has been extremely helpful and responsive.
Dr. Madden was a great doctor while my kids were healthy. However, he missed two diagnosis’ and failed to refer to specialists. He gaslights parent concerns and assures things are “normal” instead of evaluating further. He claims to have extensive knowledge about strep, but he diagnosised scarlet fever as dry skin and claimed another doctor in the practice misdiagnosed impetigo instead of trying to find the source of the recurring infection.
Dr Madden is an amazing and caring Doctor. He listens to not only me but listens to all of my children. He's caring and compassionate with every patient. His staff is wonderful especially Gretchen. She always goes above and beyond
